My family’s holiday breakfast tradition - Fat Cakes. dough fried in bacon fat, dipped in sunny side up egg, bacon.
I can hear the crispy skin pork through the image you posted. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!
Happy Hannukah! My brother made leg of lamb with challah stuffing. We also had broccoli, potato lakes, and chocolate bourbon pecan pie
My pleasure! Pretty decent result considering that the oven fan is broken and no tricks were used, I’d say about 50% crispy. It’s meals like this that make me wish I had one of those $20K combi steamers I used to work with, perfect crackling every time with zero effort.
I don’t have any pictures, but my dad made rabbit legs out of the oven, with baked potato and courgette/zucchini with garlic, which was pretty good.

Presently enjoying one of these. Jarritos is a little hit and miss for me, most of them are just ok but the Guava flavor is fantastic.
Made some eggs benedict. I think I aced the poached eggs. I didnt have canadian bacon, so sausage and bacon had to do
brb going to find guava jarritos
I wasn’t kidding by the way. But I couldn’t find just the guava jarritos. And you are right, guava jarritos is the best flavor easily.
That’s dedication! I agree with a lot here. The Grapefruit is ok (probably my number 3,) Lime is a worthy-ish second place and the Mango is a complete abomination.
okay right? Mango tastes like rotten cheese!!!
Love the way this photo turned out!
Today’s lunch is a In-n-Out Spread powered grilled cheese with red cabbage coleslaw. One of my favorite personal quick recipes if I have the coleslaw.
Nice! I forgot to buy kinako and now all the stores are closed
Injeolmi my beloved
that looks like chopped meat with melted cheese, not chopped cheese.
does that have grilled onions and bbw sauce, mayonnaise and catsup?
