Yea I like a lot of the skateboards that Last Art Gallery does with artists. SOWSOW has done a few too but they sold out super fast. There’s a few others I’ve been eyeing, as I would love to display them all one day.

I wanted to buy one long ago. Missed the initial release of the Analogue Pocket. Didn’t want to pay second hand market up charge of $150-200. So I waited it out, put numerous notifications up. And early March the news came in; a restock! Been waiting for it ever since.
No more bare backing travel, no more only sleeping on the flight, no more dragging a 10cm thick book around of which you only read 10 pages due to being uncomfortable.
The only panic… my Fire Red box is empty… no cartridge. So tomorrow/this weekend I have to flip the house up-side-down to find my Fire Red copy.
[EDIT] I could not live with the feeling of my Fire Red missing. Found is going through the box with the old “holiday DS”. It’s booting up… but also Fire Red felt victim to my little sister… Not my save game on it any more and she clearly has a favour for Squirtle, never knew.

I bought a Gameboy Advance recently (no pics) so I could play Pokemon Emerald. Going through the game now. Never played a Pokemon game before, but it’s basically a turn based RPG. Reminds me of the old Final Fantasy games on the NES/SNES.

The Pocket is such an amazing machine! You should look into some of the ROM’s that introduce a ton of quality of life improvements to some of the older Pokemon games. Shoot me a DM if you have any questions about them or want to add ROM’s to your system.
Oh yeah that still something I have to check into. Especially to do challenge runs (because face it, Pokémon (Fire) Red isn’t the hardest game out there), solo runs and all-trainer runs. But until you mentioned this I didn’t really think about all the others other than just running cartridges the Pocket has. Was/am just still excited to own one now.

I’s stoked for you! I was beyond excited when mine showed up! I found a emglish ROM of the Pokemon TCG 2 that was only released in Japan. Loved the original and it was a blast to go through the second one.

Seems to be a common occurrence in every sibling relationship. Precisely why I wouldn’t share my games with my little bro. As much as I love him, when he was younger, he erased over 400+ hours of work. Don’t blame him cause he didn’t comprehend what he did at the time, but simply couldn’t trust him with my saves (though to be fair, it was partly my fault for not thinking about explaining it to him). Got seen as selfish by my parents because of it, which maybe I was to a degree, but when I saw my save data erased, I was seriously distraught.
