What lots/bundles do you like and recommend?

I buy a lot of old collections and as you can see, I have ended up with a bunch of cards from all sets.

I want to create some lots and sell on auction here in Norway starting from. I know there are a million ways to do this but I want to start out with 10-20 different lots to sort and sell.

What type of lot would you guys do? Any experience with what kind of pokémon, type etc.? I have sorted everything in sets so it shouldn’t be a big problem to do this

Please help me out and give me 5(ish) lots that you would recommend.

Thank you!

Depends entirely on what people would like to buy on your respective website in Norway (Here in Sweden its 1 Random Ex Card + a bunch of different cards on Tradera and holografic singles as usual).

If you know people might be interrested in bundles of evolutionary line-cards for TCG-useage, do that. 20/30/40 Cards that could be used in a deck together (such as pikas + raichus and some useful sidepokemon like Magneton + magnemite?).

* You could also sell some Pre-constructed decks used for expanded play with the massive stacks of trainers and basic pokemon you pile up from collection buying? Build them yourself complete with energies and trainers - sell them like that!

* x4 of the same card could be sold for TCG-players, a cheap and somewhat laborfilled way to move cards.

Thats what i can think of from the top of my head, gl with that bulk!

The only lots/bundles I’ll buy (and recommend) is WOTC era binders, that are unsearched. Everything else is just a waste of money.

Sounds like something I def could do! Thanks man. Wish I knew a tad more about the TCG but I’ll get there for sure. Probably going to do some evolution line bundles for collectors. If you were to rank the top 10 most popular pokemon right now, what would that be?

Hehe did that on monday. Received the binder today… I was absolutely not disappointed. Crystals, Shining Zard and a bunch of Skyridge holos

imo these lots are a wonderful gift for young pokemon TCG players. you get an instant collection to explore for very cheap and they often come with a guaranteed ex, gx, mega card. It guarantees they’re going to find a card to get excited about.

Often I see these types of lots described as predatory. Described as taking advantage of inexperienced TCG players, but I just feel these types of product are not meant for the experienced TCG players or collectors.

You should stage your lots as if it were a personal collection (only show a couple of Hollis and say there are 200+ cards). Those always get me.

100% this

…and if the seller has stated “there are more folders that I couldn’t photo included” then you’re probably gonna have a good time.
