I considered posting these to your connected art thread, but it’s speculative. I like to think Ethan and Magcargo are climbing the mountains behind Salamence, and they are watching it fly through the valley spouting flames. I also love the snow melting in Magcargo’s path

there are many such cases. We can only speculate. I think its as simple as having other projects they are involved in, so don’t have the time. Or maybe just not wanting to be involved in pokemon cards anymore…which is understandable honestly.
