Anyways, my cousin felt bad and wanted me to also have a “shiny” Pokemon card and so she decorated a Jungle Exeggutor with glue and glitter and gave it to me so that I felt included. For obvious reasons, the card meant a lot to me but unfortunately it became lost for good about a decade ago while I was in college. I really wish that I still had it so that I could show and tell but alas I do not.

Anyways, despite this breaking my three day streak of posting bird pokemon as illustrated by Kagemaru Himeno, it is still a Kagemaru Himeno illustration and her art is based af.

Was wondering what cards you guys have appreciated from the Mega Evolution sets?

To nobody’s surprise, I’ve had my eyes set on the Mega Gardevoir ex SIR since they showed it at the Pokémon Presents.

The results of the poll over in E4's favorite EX era reverse holo patterns (RESULTS!) have me appreciating the holofoil used for the EX Deoxys reverse/parallel set and this Sableye which looks striking with said holofoil.

20 years later and this is still one of the coolest looking cards released IMO
