I think the Mega Attack Rares from mega dream ex perfectly capture the vibrant colors of the old XY mega full arts, and as a set they look better than the SIRs

These are really cool. They remind me of some comic-book alt arts that magic is doing, but I think those are kinda cool too (except these are better cuz they actually have card text.)

These cards are impressive, I love them. I’ve already pulled 3 from packs, I’ll open another Mega Dream box this week and then I’ll buy the rest. I think they’ll be a “chase card” in the future.

Ascended heroes is the new evolving skies more than prismatic evolutions is evolving skies.
Interesting, I find them less attractive (and also the new Mega full arts) when I realized that hardly any Pokemon would end up receiving them.
It’s a nice little collection sure, but when most Megas will not receive either, it just feels too random. I suppose one could say that of the old XY Megas too though given that half or more didn’t receive them.
