I bought a big box of misc Japanese Pokémon goods. In the box were around 30 of these discs. They’re just a bit smaller than CDs and they’re about .4mm thick. Does anyone know what they are?

@rattlebear ah thanks, so they’re a bit similar to the Meiji cards. Perfect. 
Looks like they battle and can be played with somehow but not coming up with much information from a search. 
Anybody Know if these are Gradable?
Those are cool! If there was a way to do so without damaging them, I think they’d be an awesome set of ornaments on a Christmas tree.
