Was the Ultra Ball SM-P ever actually given out?

Title is pretty self explanatory, but let me give a little context. According to Bulbapedia, there was supposedly a Japanese Ultra Ball given out to participants of the Sky-Splitting Charisma Shield Game held in Tokyo on June 1st, 2018. In this event, you had to buy 15 packs of Sky-Splitting Charisma and then open them on site and build a deck to compete. Through googling I found a Pokeboon page that mentioned that it looks like the card was never given out (it was also mentioned that the promos were probably never given out on the previous link). It linked to a Twitter account of a competitor at the event who posted a picture of their deck, including an Ultra Ball numbered 081/096, which makes sense if they pulled it out of packs that they just opened since that’s the set number for the ultra ball in Sky-Splitting Charisma lol.

This is about all the information I could find. Interestingly enough, there is a high-ish quality digital copy of the card out there on the internet so we know exactly what it should look like.

Bump for hopefully any new information/visibility? I still have yet to see one for sale and still haven’t seen any irl photos of one. If there’s any in circulation it would be the only promo ball I’m missing
