Venusaur with red ink markings?

Hey, guys! I was looking through a binder today and noticed I had a Venusaur with small red markings on it. Is this a common error? I couldn’t find much on it in regards to Venusaur. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Never saw it before, you should take really high res pics to see if the ink is on top or in the layers
