US Middleman service. Can buyer declare value of goods?

I have been trying to find a reliable middleman service that will ship from the US to the UK.

So far, MyUS looks like a great option, but upon reading their FAQ, I am unable to figure out if I can tell them which value to declare when sending the items to me.
I understand I would only be covered up to the declared value should it be lower than the contents, but these would be time sensitive orders, and goods declared above £15 end up stuck in customs clearances for 2 weeks, whereas stuff declared at £15 or below gets delivered within 2-3 days from ordering.

Does anyone know if they allow this, or if there are any US middlemen services that do it?

Declaring goods below their real value is fraudulent and illegal. It’s a pretty commonly broken law but I don’t think many serious businesses would openly admit to offering this service.

Just confirming what PkmnFlyingMaster said. No one will offer these services openly as they are not legal. If you are looking for someone to under declare for you - that’s gonna be up to you and someone your good buddies with in the US that doesn’t mind taking the “risk”. (I have no idea what the punishment for breaking this would be or how seriously they enforce it is why I use quotations here)

Also, as someone in the UK, things above 15£ don’t usually get held up much longer than other shipments, i usually get the “fee to pay card” within the same time-frame other deliveries would arrive, pay the fee, and then pick when to deliver, tho sometimes I just go to the delivery office right away if I got the time since it’s quicker and pay there. Since when you get the fee to pay card, it’s already at the delivery office and no longer at customs. Average of 3-5 days for Japanese deliveries to get to me. 1.5 to 2 weeks for USA shipments usually, even with customs charges.

@stephneechan, I am in the UK too and get orders from Japan on a weekly basis, and I do pay tax on all of them, always get stuck for 2 weeks with customs in Heathrow (the 2-3 day range was a reality before I was registered as a business).

I don’t mind paying tax as it is an expense that is passed on to my buyers, so in the end it doesn’t impact my profit. My problem here isn’t paying the tax itself, rather the time the item takes to clear in customs.

Anyway this was something I needed for personal use and was much cheaper in the US, not really a Pokemon related purchase.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.
