I ended up getting the base-fossil sets (Pocket Monsters) for a really good price. Are you still able to organize it with the Pokedex? If so, isnt it mixing the sets? Any tips or suggestions would help! Thank you!
The pokedex 150 order consists of base,jungle and fossil. You could do it in pokedex numerical order and skip the in between pokemon from base and jungle set.

Defiantly Organize them by set number and by set.
Base set 1-102 / Jungle 1-64 / Fossil 1-62 and so on
