Thoughts on Tamper evident / Security seal stickers?

Hello!
I would like to pick your brains about security seal / Tamper evident stickers.
Example product: ebay.us/cRw4mK

I have seen that some people use these together with larger sleeves in order to seal for example booster packs from box breaks.
What are the benefits, in your opinions on this, and how much does it actually do to protect the buyer and seller?
Also do you see any other ways they could be used for Pokémon collecting in order to enhance security when buying/selling/trading?

These stickers have been around forever but easy to manipulate if used for box breaks online and the like.

Could you elaborate on how they are being manipulated so one knows what to look out for?
For me personally it’s very new, I have only seen it in Pokémon now in 2018. @garyis2000

One example is the 1st ed box break video a month or two ago. Sure he sec taped the top of the bag but the bottom could be slit easily and the box manipulated. Even sealed boxes can be “opened twice”.
Keep in mind what magicians can do and how they can make things appear.

Yeah the whole surface area has to be sealed, but I also think there needs to be some kind of unique code on the tape because the way it is now most companies use stuff that is easily available to the average person.

The example you have someone can just break open the seal, switch with weighed booster pack and reseal with same kind of tape.

I would not even feel confident buying something like a vintage sealed booster case tbh…

You could literally have a 1st Ed Base box made for dollars. We’re talking a $400k+ item here.
