I sometimes can’t believe what people write on social media, then I remind myself that this happens regularly.
Smdh.
Don’t get me wrong, I know that PSA can make mistakes, but this highlights the ugly side of re-grading; only looking at how much the higher grade can make you and offsetting that against how much it will cost you to grade it again. 
The bright side is that regrading often doesn’t work as one would expect. It’s very possible that he’ll just be wasting hundreds of dollars to get the same grade again and again and he’ll likely have several of the 9s come back as 8s in the process.
PSA delays might be good for this lol. The person will have to wait months for their grades which will mostly all come back similar. That strategy won’t last.
Unfortunately it is working because they cracked numerous cards, and admitted that most cards went +1/-1.
