I feel a little crazy asking, but does this look like a clear dent to any of you all? The mark extends across most of the width of the card and looks like another card’s imprint.
I have 3 dented 9’s already going back as mis-grades, so trying to decide if this 9 is worth sending along for the ride.
after 2 months I’m not expecting it to be done but
I cant even look at prescans yet…
on separate order which is value plus, it’s been 5 days since assembly with green checkmark… if assembly has been done for a week whats taking so long to show grades? I get that they need to check for upcharges but this is completely digital and administrative it should be something thats done quickly. In fact, since psa already posts card values this should be relatively automatic and their system should pick up on variances once data is input… and thats probably what the hold up is. The team that uploads the scores to the system are probably behind as well.
seems like literally every single stage within the company is compromised
I don’t want to make a new thread for this but would anyone happen to know where I can get something like this only for 8 cards? This one was at Temu (now sold out) and I can’t find anything similar anywhere else. I want this for my japanese GB set which currently sits in a shoe box.
Hello Guys! I was wondering if I should get this regraded maybe with BGS? Would love your opinions. If there any other flaws that could be pointed out other than the centering? Here is the scanned image from PSA slide and the video, am not sure why the quality is like that.
Thank you so much for your feedback! I was wondering if there is any chance at all because Ive seen some recent BGS cards and their scratching was really way worst. Even CGC.
As for the centering if the left right centering is 55/45 it should be a 9.5 unless the requirement is actually alot more stricter? I apologise if i am ignorant in the matter.
I honestly prefer Beckett slabs, I wont be cracking the slab but ill give it a try cross over with the slab. Of course I would prefer a 10 but there is none available from where I am from and the cost of a 10 is something I dont have the spare cash for. Its my favourite card along with GS ray( But ill save up on that next time xD ). So if it gets rejected or come back the same or as a 9.5 ill be happy enough if it gets a 10 ill be over the moon. So I am just coping atm.
Cgc graded all there pristine 10s that have insane print lines. It has a shot at a regular gem mint 10 if that’s what you’re going for. I personally think the card is fine just the way it is in PSA 9.
The 9 in BGS should be a little cheaper. If you want a to just sell that and buy one instead of wasting your time with a crossover or cracking and submitting
You should have taken video without the slab sleeve it would have been much easier to see any scratching/marks/print lines
The back is easily ten quality though. Pristine even the centering is great on back
This can potentially be a bgs 9.5 with nice subs but it depends on the actual holo itself and the condition
It does look like the lightest of vertical scratches on the holo but its hard to tell with psa scans
If the holo is clean this can also be a cgc regular 10 which would be worth significantly more than a psa 9
Edit: i see you want to cross and not crack
If thats the case i would skip bgs altogether and try cgc but understand you have significantly lower odds of crossing to a higher grade vs cracking and submitting
If it doesnt work then you should accept the psa it looks great in that slab
Really thank you so much I will really take note of your suggestions! I have seen a Feb 2025 by bgs give 9.5 on the surface for something with slightly worst scratches than mine. I might actually try taking the chance but if it fails I’ll go for CGC for sure. However I am now a little bit worried on the centering. Some apps I am seeing is giving me 55/45 on the dot while others are giving me 56/44.
