I’ve always been told you have the physically mail in the label for them to remove it from the pop. I’ve done this a few times (well actually I’ve asked Ludkins to do this on my behalf), but after a few months the certs were still active (I haven’t checked any of them since). I don’t know if Ludkins just ended up not forwarding the labels to PSA, or if it just takes a long time for PSA to remove the cert.
Typically you have to mail them the physical label. You can also follow-up with an email once they receive your package.
@deblasnoya @Dyl yeah I also thought that by submitting the old label they remove it but not in my personal experience. In November I submitted this Charizard that I cracked for an Arita event for grading, and I sent it alongside the label and in comments I indicated “please remove the old certificates from the database” Now if you look for the certificate in the database it’s still showing….
Now I really want the certificate I am talking about to be removed, it was one of my signed charizards that cracked and submitted to BGS. There are only 4 signed in Spanish so I really want them to remove this one

Difficult because of the time-zone? If you call at 4:00 p.m. GMT+1, it should be when they open up at 7:00 a.m. PST. 
Do you guys know how BGS handles payment for cards that aren’t graded. Sent in a metal card and it was returned.
How does PSA handle payment for the same situation?
Has anyone else noticed shipping delays with PSA? Usually whenever one of my orders enters the shipping stage, it is shipped the next day. Looking at the Share Your Grading Turnaround Time!, that seems to be more or less the case for other people as well. However, my latest order entered the shipping stage last week and is yet to be shipped. I don’t think I have any outstanding fees, and my credit card has also already been charged the amount I owed for grading and shipping.
My $18 and $15 special were at the shipping stage for over a week. I think one of them was 10 days.

Don’t worry. This is completely normal. My $18 was in shipping for over a week.

I felt like you, shipping stage, shipped next day, but last 2 months, takes 3-4 dags befor shipped

SGCs attempt to grab some market share. While I think the cases look super cool - they have a seemingly impossible task ahead of them.
No declared value limit either

Interesting. I don’t hate SGC, they just never really made an impression on me. I do like their slabs though.

If it was under $10 a card one might consider pre-grading with them.
Does Beckett have restrictions on the choice of shipping company in the same way as PSA?
Or can I use DHL if I send cards to Beckett for grading?
I’m the opposite, I hate that black filler they put in their slabs. Their pricing and turnaround times are impressive, though
Are all 7xxxx cert era cards all scanned? Even if the service is value bulk/special?
PSA has added this statement to every service level:
Includes Standard Imaging of the front and back of the graded card
I am not sure at which cert it started, but I would assume anything submitted 01/2023 moving forward will have an image automatically scanned. It used to be for higher grade tiers only.
