What grade would this get?
I thought it was really good but when I shone a light on the holo there was lots of what looks like print lines/micro scratches
Is the mark below a scratch, or is this part of the card (honestly having trouble telling…)? I am considering purchasing this card, which looks pretty clean overall.

Big Lugia fan with a decent graded Lugia collection. I don’t personally care for jumbos but when I saw the Shadow Lugia it was a must have. I purchased it sealed with the booklet and when opening it saw how many surface scratches is had. They are all light and there’s almost nothing wrong with it outside of that. That being said I’m personally an 8 and up collector for grades and I’ve never submitted anything in particular hoping it would get an 8. Does light surface scratching like this kill the grade for a jumbo or is there a chance it could still squeeze out an 8 with this kind of surface damage? Nothing is deep/dented just light surface scratching but there’s a decent amount. Thanks for any advice you can offer!
