There is a thread, 巨大的中国市场线索 The Giant Chinese Market Thread, for Chinese cards. In my opinion, the card is not near mint. I took a look at the page where people sell that card. I think most people are too confident in their judgment; the quality of the set is not very good. Dents, whitening, and print lines are very common for this set. The majority of these should be listed as excellent. With that being said, I think the card’s condition is excellent- aside from the dent. It doesn’t seem that bad, and for a binder, it’s still a beautiful card. For grading, of course, it’s a miss, and not worth it. Cardmarket guidelines suggest a 10% refund if the grade is incorrect, of course, if it’s not too far away from the initial grade. It’s up to you, you can ask for more.
