This happens to about 25% of auctions I win unfortunately.
I was caught off guard with this seller having 100%… but oh well… Their perfect record is 86d.
I’m just glad he can’t ruin my 
feedback in return.
Buyers who are sellers should extend professional courtesy. But, of course, even professionals aren’t always professional.

getting a 75% offer on my listed LP-MP jp sabrina gengar, was tempted to take it but then checked the account and its 8 feedback, 2 negative reviews, and joined 3 months ago. am I being overly cautious by not considering selling to this walking red flag?
You don’t need to sell to the first person who comes knocking. Tbh I would not accept that offer. They’re highly likely to cause an issue.
It’s still a sellers market someone will come along
2 negative reviews within 8 feedback? Yeah, heck no. 
Side note, another one of my go-to moves before I make a deal/offer with any buyer on eBay is to check the “feedback they’ve left for others”. This is usually the most telling if they are frequently problematic.
To see this you have to navigate to their “see all feedback” page and click “switch back to classic view” (if it isn’t in classic view already.) eBay makes it a bit of an inconvenience to find.
Had the same person do the same thing to me and give me the exact response. We reported and blocked him and it appears that his account got nuked…
Glad I’m not the only one. Offers are conditional based on past interactions they’ve had. I’m way more willing to accept a lower reasonable offer from someone who doesn’t whine and complain causing reputational damage to sellers without legitimate reason to do so that would be 100% on the seller. Someone can lie about what someone else is like, but the words they use to describe that situation says a lot more about themselves. Same when I’m buying stuff as well. I would like to think that is a fair stance to take.
Ebay Seller “news”. I feel like I’ve heard ebay say this a thousand times, but my unpaid item % never gets better. Running auctions on ebay is awful, 5-20% unpaid/cancelation rate. Even buy it now “couldn’t process payment” and buyers changing their mind is 5%.

Similar location, similar username, and delivery name. So I contacted ebay to see if they could confirm it was the same person. They could not “confirm” it exactly, for privacy, but recommended I carry out the sale, and would handle “revenge” feedback. They also said, it did appear strange… (What does “strange” mean…)
So… I mailed it with extra tracking to prove it arrived, and We’ll see what happens next. 
I’m not posting any further account names till I know it’s the same guy.
And even the ones who do look at ebay last solds just cherry-pick the lowest/outlier sales from like 3 months ago
