I think they may have seen both your post and my post because it’s been taken down, haha. Nice. +1 respect if anyone reported it.
Hopefully it did not sell and I’m just getting the “no longer available” listing status on my end.
For search engine optimization:
If you bought “ Pokémon TCG Rayquaza Holo Rare Delta Species 16/110 Holon Phantoms MP-DMG “ from seller collectab_0 on eBay (shipping from Ohio, U.S.A.) then there is no doubt in my mind that it was an altered card, via polishing at minimum.
Not Ebay, but I bought 10 cards from Troll and Toad for a total of $400. All 10 cards showed up squeezed into a single penny sleeve with a single toploader used for extra protection
On top of that, 2 cards are clearly not NM……
Needless to say I won’t be purchasing from them again.
@banks Damn… for anyone who happens to read this: Polished cards are dead giveaways in person, as the ink and refractive blemishes merely get a “clear coat” but are still clearly visible. I couldn’t see any of these looking at the listing…
This always makes me mad because when I sold on tcgplayer I was so strict about condition. It always felt like my standards were so much higher than everyone else; it was like I was leaving money on the table, but I didn’t want to lower my standards.
Not an eBay listing but, I didn’t want to start a whole new thread. Never thought a “credible” auction house would ever advertise this blatantly fake Logan Paul garbage. First and foremost he’s NOT a boxer, second he has zero ties to TPCi and lastly it’s a STICKER. Ken Goldin just can’t stop bouncing on dude! Pathetic to say the least.
I asked a seller what was wrong with a card for it to be listed in poor condition other than a paint chip on the edge, and they colored the chip in and replaced the listing photo lmao
We need to save this so that when we look back on the Pokemon Market of the 20s in a few decades, we have a perfect encapsulation of the cringe that was going on
