Not something that would fool anyone here but this is a decent fake. Looks like there’s even some texture to it.

Cleaned? It appears to be oddly smooth and shiny…

Not Ebay, but I bought 10 cards from Troll and Toad for a total of $400. All 10 cards showed up squeezed into a single penny sleeve with a single toploader used for extra protection

On top of that, 2 cards are clearly not NM……

Needless to say I won’t be purchasing from them again.

I’m glad they are sticking to their old ways after the 2 year restructuring process

@banks Damn… for anyone who happens to read this: Polished cards are dead giveaways in person, as the ink and refractive blemishes merely get a “clear coat” but are still clearly visible. I couldn’t see any of these looking at the listing…

This always makes me mad because when I sold on tcgplayer I was so strict about condition. It always felt like my standards were so much higher than everyone else; it was like I was leaving money on the table, but I didn’t want to lower my standards.

Not an eBay listing but, I didn’t want to start a whole new thread. Never thought a “credible” auction house would ever advertise this blatantly fake Logan Paul garbage. First and foremost he’s NOT a boxer, second he has zero ties to TPCi and lastly it’s a STICKER. Ken Goldin just can’t stop bouncing on dude! Pathetic to say the least.

remember they are the ones that also listed a cheeto shaped like a charizard🤣

and a whole bunch of other cheeto shaped objects in the following auction before they took them down :grimacing:

I asked a seller what was wrong with a card for it to be listed in poor condition other than a paint chip on the edge, and they colored the chip in and replaced the listing photo lmao

Love that card. Just picked up one in a card shop last month.

We need to save this so that when we look back on the Pokemon Market of the 20s in a few decades, we have a perfect encapsulation of the cringe that was going on
