PWCC ‘recently listed’ has a bunch of base set starters and commons/uncommons. I don’t think the person realized they were selling no rarity, think there’s a sandshrew left for cheap.
It’s not – the theme deck holos for FRLG were Beedrill and Pidgeot (unless you’re referring to some other precon that I’m not aware of).

checked and you are right, I am misremembering. Always bought the theme decks as a kid and could have sworn that’s where I got kang from but was wrong

Yeah, I don’t get the rationale for doing it. It’s just begging for an ‘item not as described’ case lol. It’s pretty common, though, for whatever reason.
