That isnât an actual error. They removed lapras with acetone. You can see part of the process on the lower border above the word âweightâ.

I noticed that missing part of the border, and figured it was just a factory misprint. Never knew one could use acetone to manipulate cards that way.
Yep. Theyâve been doing it since 2001, when people would sell them to local shops to prey on totally innocent eBayers like this.

Looks like a greystamp PSA 7 to me. What do you guys think it will sell for? Iâd probably offer up to $1500 (if I had the money).

âSnipingâ is relative However the more eyes an on auction, the worse the odds. Never post up any auction you actually want to win, or if you do post it after the fact

Considering the guy wrote he has no idea what itâs worth, thatâs a heck of an offer. And a risk from the buyer. The back looks very good but on a white background you can never be too sure of the true condition. Plus the holo pictures are the same. Unless he put it at an angle in a light or sunlight then you arenât able to see if there are any scratches.
On this basis the buyer is risking an 8 grade for any value.

Are these french first edition blisters legit? Havenât seen them before. They look slimmer than english versions and the plastic is different than the english version (square corners)
