my cgc grade + vault submission arrived over 4+ business days ago and the status is still stuck on “not received.” I attached the tracking number to the submission also. Does that ever update or does it just go straight into grading

You’ll get an email that says “Your Submission’s In — We’ll Handle It from Here” and then it goes to “Grading” status in the submission page
