fanatics uses a dslr hooked up to some batch processing device if they still have the same setup as they did years ago, which is one of the craziest things ive seen to batch process so many cards each week 
at any rate their photos looks different than the ones a scanner produces like the ones from z&g
also agree that w/e psa uses is total crap their photos or scans or w/e they are look the worst
