What does it mean bootleg - like, unofficial?

Did Vending Series set have reverse holos or only regular? Or these cards were holo version?

I mean wtf  
" In order to acquire the fully evolved versions of Kadabra, Machoke, Graveler, Haunter, and Omanyte, people had to send one of these cards along with the Pass Card to MediaFactory before April 1999. In return they received the evolved version of the card they sent, each of them a holographic promotional card. These cards are often sought after by collectors due to the method in which the cards were originally distributed."

Yes. Unofficial or unlicensed product. Vending series did not have any reverse holos cards. All of the Vending series cards have a glossy front as compared to regular cards.

The holofoil cards you refer in your post belong to the ‘Masaki Promo set’ which technically do not belong to the Vending series but needed some cards in the vending set to be able to obtain them.

Do you know any dataset which would contain diffrent reverseholo patterns created over the years and all of the sets?

I’m doing an excel sheet where I put what pokemon can be found with what pattern, so that I could get biggest variety
