The key difference between them:
SR Supporters - straightforward portrait shot of primary character (as with SR Supporters from previous sets); need to keep an eye on Sinnoh Friends and Hisui Friends as Galar Friends is also SR
SAR Supporters - focus of artwork is shared between the primary character and their surroundings e.g. environment, Pokémon, other characters

Aaaah, I’m very excited for the Magnezone (and the regular Magnemite reverse holo).
Edit: though thinking about it, I think this might be the only Magnezone art where its magnets are explicitly detached from it. Something to think about it.
I love the Magnezone as well, so cool to see the whole family on one card
The artwork in this set is insane. Im curious to see a box break to get a sense of how easy certain cards are to pull.
Surprisingly, they finally gave Zamazenta the better card for once!
I like to think I’m a buyer of value rather than a #stonker but honestly this set just makes me wanna guzzlord the crap out of these Japanese boxes 
I know it’s subjective but honestly think this has blown even Eevee Heroes out of the water.
This truly is turning out to be an allstar set, and looking back at Vmax Climax, I can’t help but think about how cheap some of these (S)AR cards will be… Most of the value has to be concentrated in the Naoki Saito trainers, the zard etc. If the print run is large enough of course. I can’t wait to see what I can pick up.

The art in this set is clearly one of the best way to close one of the best pokemon era.
