Personally I have let’s go eevee, Mario Kart, super smash Bros, Mario party, overcooked(I don’t recommend this), and hollow knight.
Out of all of them I’ve put the most time into hollow knight roughly 45 hours and
my girlfriend has put the most time into Mario Kart.

I got the let go eevee special edition because I had to have it. I haven’t bought any other games for it yet but I agree with @shadowless on BotW. It looks sick.
Breath of the Wild and Odyssey are currently the best games on the system. Smash is great if you have real human friends.
