More of an operational question on both fronts. I’ve never actually submitted an eBay return, and I’ve also never shipped out of the vault.
Can I just have the vault ship directly back to the seller (and pay the shipping charges)? I’m seeing that eBay has given me a shipping label to print when sending the card back. It would be much easier for me to just pay PWCC to ship it out, but I don’t want to run into potential tracking issues and such.
Has anyone had experience with returns directly from the vault?
buyer changed mind? why not get the item back to yourself and keep/ship to the vault yourself? If you aren’t US based then fair enough I get it, straight there is best. I was just curious
I should’ve been more clear. I am submitting a return. The buyer had stated the card was 1st edition, showed that card, but I received an unlimited version of the card. He offered a partial refund, which I obviously said no to. Now I’m figuring out whether or not I have to ship it back to myself and then to him, or if I can ship directly from the vault back to him
