So I was thinking about selling this card but I noticed there are mini shiny silver spots all over the card. It doesn’t appear to be on top of the card, the speckles seem to be on the same layer of the card if that makes sense so it looks more like a possible print error? I tried to take the best pictures of it that I could and see if any of you have experienced this on a card before? Because of this I have no idea what to put for the condition of this card or if it’s even worth anything because of this. The card is otherwise pretty close to mint. Thinking about posting it on ebay 1 of 1 SUPER RARE LUGIA ERROR HOLO PSA 12 CHARIZARD SILVER SPECKLE EDITION for $10,000 just wanted to check here first
I think it devalues it if anything.

Yea I figured, wanted to check with everyone first and see if anybody has ever owned a card like this before. I’ll probably just put it up on my poke wall!
That’s actually bits of the ink rubbed away, I believe. I’ve seen it a lot with old cards that were in binders for a long time without sleeves. The small particles rub against the card and over time you end up with what you’ve called speckles. It’s a form of damage, so it does hurt the value.
