I‘ve heard about this Galaxy promo, I think it was given out at the official pokemon tournament on starship enterprise. The card is more valuable than any trophy card!

I am glad resources like E4 exist. Before I did my research I thought these were legit and actually thought about adding one of these to my collection. So, thank you ladies and gentlemen for the insight.
