I would have posted this in a thread, but I could not find a good existing thread for this unfortunately. But this is big news, if you teach splash to remoraid, it does damage!
News for me to have such a redeeming quality for this iconic move!

Wow, never noticed, seems I collect too much Japanese. I never read the card text lol, insane that splash does actual damage

Another way to think of it: Splash does damage, you just have to use it 40 times before it does.
