Regarding all the cards you guys need, I looked a bit through Shopee Taiwan:
Snorlax Master Ball reverse is about 1,500 NTD (50 USD)
Kabutops is about 20 NTD (0.62 USD) for the regular and Poké Ball reverse versions and 500 NTD (15.5 USD) for the Master Ball reverse.
Old Amber is like 5 NTD (0.16 USD) for the regular copy, 90 NTD (2.79 USD) for the Poké Ball reverse and 250 NTD (7.75 USD) for the Master Ball reverse.
Eevee is about 3 NTD (0.09 USD) for the regular card, 60 NTD (1.86 USD) for the Poké Ball reverse and 1,500 NTD (46.51 USD) for the Master Ball reverse.
So long story short, it’s definitely possible to get the cards if you’re willing to pay for the international shipping costs and the fees of proxy shopping services. However I can definitely understand first waiting for a response here as that would of course be a way easier and cheaper option.

Does this place also have snorlax ?
Option 1 would probably be a VPN, option 2 (which I used) is to sign in using Google (I used my secondary Google account) in the App (the App is also region locked, but since I’m on Android, I can just get the apk. With a VPN you could of course also just download it straight from the Play Store).
