Woow, I love this Nishida trio

One of the pokemon that I (we?) tend to forget but I’ve always been a fan.

I tried to get the orbs to show at once.

And by chance I managed to capture this pretty convincing full moon in fog on the Slowking. :full_moon:

Absolutely stunning collection thread. Your collection thread was on my pending read list and I really had to go slow and take my time with all of your photos and I am really glad that I did it. Just great collection of cards. I know you have mentioned that you pulled the cards yourself, is this the case with all of the cards in your showcase? Thanks for sharing.

Cheers!

Thank you very much, glad you liked it!

Every card in this thread was pulled by myself except the Rocket’s Raikou ex. That one I actually got for free! I was in a toy store buying some ex Deoxys packs and this box topper stood resting up against the booster box. I asked the clerk how much it was and he just gave it to me.

I had a similar experience with a Rocket’s Persian ex from Unseen Forces, but that time the clerk told me that it would cost me the same as a booster pack. Didn’t buy it.

Green is the theme today.

Luster Purge-loading double swirl.

And here’s an inside scoop on the prestigious c0ll3ct0r photo studio. I have to hunch in the room where I take the pictures and my back doesn’t like doing that for more than 30 seconds at a time.

A fellow drummer! Nice throne, looks comfy. Still have mine from my first kit in 2004

Thanks! I have two of them, round seat version without the air lift, they’re not fantastic but they’re much better than almost everything else out there. Fairly expensive but nothing crazy. Highly recommended!

I rip the flimsy shit to shreds in no time but this green one has survived many years of punishment in the cellar.

Damn, these look good. Great lighting to be able to capture that full holo pattern.

Thanks! There’s something about these Umemoto holos, they’re just so crisp. Her style and cosmos is a match made in heaven. :sparkles:

Agreed! The TRR Jumpluff by Umemoto is probably one of my favorite Jumpluffs. Something about the flatness of the art (i.e. little to no shading) and the nice, strong solid colors really works well with the cosmos holo.
