Seriously…If I could get that card, if I could FIND that card, I’d add it to my collection (I’m getting that pokemon) and I see from your collection Neo Intro Abra… *sad* I bought a neo intro from a seller who told me it was complete and open…and it had every single card BUT ABRA.
Modification- Also your collection shows me a great example of how we can show you our collection
Yeah that one is one of my favorites. It was actually the first trophy/prize card I bought, that was such a long time ago Anyway it is definitely in my top 10 favorites I love its illustration. That one, the university magikarp and 9th lucky stadium have the same feel to me when i look at them, they are just awsome.
I remember that one on ebay, it went for 670 pounds which at the time was right at $1,000. But I think $1,000 for the card is actually pretty reasonable. Maybe a range of $800-1,000. It doesn’t go for much less usually, and really shouldn’t with its history and how old it is.
Oh, that is the only one I have doubles of. I bought each at $40 a piece and didn’t look back. Seriously I didn’t look at the receipt, I was just tired of not having those last few!
Scott you disappoint me. The way you were talking in PMs you have more stuff.
(please tell me you don’t!)
Congrats on the illustrator. I mean if you were paying the prices you quoted to me for the other stuff, that is quite possibly the most someone has spent on cards ever, at least in one go. To top that off with an illustrator is pure awesomeness!!
I saw the illustrator and kamex on your photobucket a while ago Damn thats like 13k of cards. Any possibility of hiring me at your place of employment and or becoming your personal assistant? I’m pretty good at scheduling and laundry Congrats on the snags!
