Should it be a PSA 10 instead a 9? It's worth to regraduate?

Hi everyone! I wanted to ask some advice.

I’ve recently bought a PSA 9 Staff evolutions Charizard and was wondering if it’s worth to have it regraduated by PSA (I will send other cards too). I’ve seen PSA 10’s with more whitening on back but not sure about the OC.
On the front it has a minor OC and on back just very little whitening in 2 corners.

3 separate issues. Even if minor, that is still 3 things. Sounds like a 9.

Yeah, if there’s nothing else wrong besides those things a 9 would sound right.
