So I’ve recently purchased a few items from Mandarake online. One arrived on time and in great condition. The other is apparently stuck in the ISC New York hellhole since May 6. Annoyed about that because I really need that package to arrive before I submit to PSA this month.
I have one more issue though. I recently ordered another card from them, selected and paid for EMS as a shipping service because I needed it fast. Turns out they didn’t ship via EMS, and only via registered mail (SAL). Is there any way I could pursue a claim for the difference in shipping costs?
