My most recent PSA order has officially taken the longest to move past the Order Arrived stage that I’ve experienced:
Order Arrived Dec 4th and no update since then. 20 days and counting 
I’ve got a Nov Grading Bulk Special delivered on 11/25. Still at order arrived.
Same here. Arrived on dec 4. November 16-30 Pokemon Holiday Special
My other submission December 1-15 Trading Card Game (TCG) and Non-Sports Bulk Special arrived today too.
Welp, I guess we can all take solace in the fact that we are all in this together…
Have an October grading special that arrived on November 4th that is not in grading yet. Definitely a bit of a slowdown for sure.
What’s interesting is i had another October submission arrive two weeks before this one that was done in about 35 days.
Maybe some restructuring going on for the new year.

The difference between my shipment number arrived on December 4th and December 23rd is 46.597.
According to GEM RATE PSA graded 1.26m Item in Nov 2024 . 46597 submission in 19 days which means approximately 2452 sub per day 2452*30=73.560 per month. 1.26m/73560 = 17 cards per sub? The calc is close to reality if PSA turnaround times it’s exactly 1 month. But this is just an idea of their volume.

Is anyone else in the same boat?
Called PSA today and told me that they are opening 12/3 packages. They’ve started a request / search for my package to the receiving team. Really hoping I don’t have to go through the lost package / missing card ringer again…
It was stuck in assembly for 30 days. It spent 28 days FINISHED in assembly. I’m going to blame the one sticker that made it past R&ID

Value plus, claims 45 business day return time. I just went to assembly today. Shipped 10/16, confirmed they received on 10/19, they marked it as received on 10/22, then nothing happened for a very long time. We’re well past the 45 business days. On business day 45, i emailed them. I received a very snotty reply full of information vomit that had nothing to do with anything that I was asking about. She did confirm that the 45 business days is from an arbitrary date that they set, not from when they mark the package as received. So, the 45 business days do not start on 10/22. They start from like a month later and they don’t tell you anything about it while it’s going on. So, you have no way of knowing when that date actually is. Pretty disingenuous. In 12 days it will be 3 months since i mailed them in and we’re just now hitting the assembly phase. I have seen others who had it sit on assembly for 3-4 weeks. Just ugh.

Do you mean Value? Value Plus has an estimated 20 day turnaround.
Yeah things are slow as molasses at PSA right now and its super frustrating. It may have something to do with the gamestop orders causing issues, or maybe employees are taking holiday leave.
I will say though that I find if they were super slow getting to the assembly step, it usually goes a bit quicker from that point on than if they quickly got to assembly.
Yes, this order was value, i mistyped. I don’t mind waiting, that’s why i chose this level but they are being shady when they say 45 business days and when it’s been 45 business days they say oh, you don’t get to choose when those business days start. We do. In my mind, the business days start when you mark that you’ve received the item. Otherwise, that 45 days is just a lie. It’s probably going to be more like 65-75 business days. So, they should just say that instead so I can accurately decide which level to purchase.
I think they’ve sped up as of late.
I had an october tcg special finish 1/8 and the december 1-15 special finish 1/9.

Not sure about the speed up from them. My order arrived 12/20 with them and still is only at that stage.
I sent a value plus and a December special order together, both arrived on the 19th. Value Plus finished on the 8th, Dec. special entered grading a week ago.
Also sent a regular bulk sub off that arrived on November 12th which just entered grading 4 days ago.
