In the cinema the score to Oppenheimer really stood out, but I’ve found it doesn’t quite hit as hard listening by yourself.
I stumbled across this edit that has more, uh, ‘depth’(???) to it. I think it would be better without the quotes, but still good.

On the subject of Oppenheimer and music; the best documentary about him, “The Day after Trinity” from 1981, features a stunning section of string music that plays throughout (first time at 0:54.) It was composed by Martin Bresnick and is part of a longer piece called “B.'s Garlands.”
