Are the packs with the ”trading card game” logo on the bottom guaranteed to be shadowless? And can blister packs be weighted?

Most of the blister packs are not shadowless even if the TCG is at the bottom.
The ones that are more likely to be shadowless have long crimps on the seals. Look at the difference in length between a first edition pack and an unlimited pack, and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
