Ruby Move Lists

Best move list in pokemon ruby for these pokemon?
what level can they have the moves at? mine are around the 30’s right now.

Have you tried smogon? I’m not sure if it goes back to ruby but you can check. Just google “smogon gyarados” or something, you might find it. Otherwise I’d just go to serebii and check out the page for each pokemon under whatever gen ruby was, it’ll give you the movepool and the stats so you can piece it together.
