I have a request for any of the U.K. Members: I have a package sitting in Eidenburgh since January 28. I shipped it over a month ago and it is only an hour away by plane to its destination.
Would anyone here be able to call the customer service number to notify them about the package? I looked for an international number but couldn’t find anything. The tracking number is: LZ462647541US

I just checked the tracking number, it shows the package as on its way to the mail centre as of today. Is that an update?
The last update it shows me is on the 28th, and that is only visible through he royal mail website.
Basically I need someone to call and let them know the package is sitting in their Eidenburgh location. If they are given the tracking number: LZ462647541US hopefully they can locate it and get it delivered. It is only a few hours from the destination.

Thank you for the offer. @theconomist already contacted them for me, and it looks like the package is lost or mis-scanned. Either way I appreciate the help from everyone. Will most likely have to bite the bullet and lose the transaction.
