Reverse dent/dink on wavy foil cards

Hi guys

Recently got a psa 10 full art poncho pikachu. As you know, these cards have a wavy foil texture to them.
After inspecting closely, I see a tiny concave/reverse dent on the wavy holofoil, kind of like a tiny mini bump.

Anyone seen this before? Is it damage or a normal phenomenon?
Sorry couldn’t take any pictures, can’t identify the bump through my phone camera.

Didnt know they were notorious for dents. Just found it weird that there’s protrusions outwards instead of inwards.
