That’s also the reason why Thin Stamp non-holos are equally as uncommon to find as Grey Stamp Thin stamps on holos or in other sets. So what we see on this Wartortle for example, is a regular Thick stamp base of the “1”, but a thinner body of the “1” due to the excessively pressed printing error. That’s just my 2c, though. ![](https://s33.postimg.cc/w6rycxmfj/Thick_Holo_Thin_non-_Holo_Thin.png) Unfortunately I don’t have a clear picture of a non-holo Thin ([I’ve used this picture](https://imgur.com/cp57sJP)), because I don’t own any, but the width of the “1” for the non-holo Thin is comparable to the Holo Thin stamp width, while the base of the non-holo Thin is half-Thick and half-Thin (usually mostly Thick, as you mentioned in your comment for the Wartortle).
