Normally I’d like to agree. But his overworld sprite in the Gen 3 games confused me so much as a kid. Instead of seeing the little white things as claws, I always thought it was weird that they made his eyes stick way out of his head. That will never leave my mind and has forever ruined it for me.

In the Deoxys movie, ole ray ray is a petty dragon that gets beaten up by deoxys and chases it all the way to LaRousse City pretty much destroying the place and almost killing everyone. Only when the deoxys pair saves it from the malfunctioning robots it gives up its petty revenge and leaves. ole ray ray had no redeeming qualities in the movie.
