Does a GX card pulled from a set booster pack have more or less cards printed than a promo GX from a GX collection box?

I would guess there are less promos printed.
The box set is most likely rarer. But I wouldn’t use the word “rare” to describe either of these. What is rarer, pigeons or seagulls?

What PFM said - there is very little new that is “rare”. But yea, promos are likely to have less printed than the actual set card
