Tera Pokémon in the TCG.

Was really hoping for something similar to delta species (where not only multiprizers had changed types) or a dual typing system or modified types for evolving basics and stage 1s. Couldn’t use any of the Tera Pokemon in our single prize cube or GLC.

I had really anticipated a return of and homage to the Snap Contest promo cards upon the rerelease of the snap game on the switch. Was surprised that nothing came of it, would have been a great set of new promos and see a lot of people in this community trying to get their own snapshots into the tcg.

Urgh. My first ever save on Pokémon Ruby, as a kid.

264, +hrs.

Made a trade to what was (unbeknownst to 10yr old me) a bootleg Emerald cart.

My first ever Pokémon, Sceptile, nickname SUPERL (pronounced SOOP-ERL, not SUPER L like my stupid aunt did)…

Gone. Dead. Ruby save bricked. Emerald save bricked.

My friends Groudon named KIG that I traded my FireRed Mewtwo for, because I killed Groudon and was super excited to finally have one…

Gone, ded. Fml.

Just being obsessed or caught up with the wrong things in the hobby (value, envy, comparisons etc)! I guess I can only look back and learn not to repeat things which make me unhappy with the hobby.

Cheers!

Pokemon company: I actually don’t like gambling aspect where you have to hit the good card in the pack or its just bulk.

The lack of old games available on NSO. It is a real shame that most people do not have authentic access to the games that made this franchise great and still thriving today.

The fact that most older games sell for more than when they originally came out just for the cartridge should tell Nintendo that people want these games. It’s easy money left on the table.

No rayquaza in SV.

This just reminded me. I tried to clone my lvl 100 Charizard from my first playthrough of Red as a kid. I’d done the glitch many times. But I messed this one up, and ended up cloning a lvl 2 Rattata while deleting the Charizard completely …

It’s always been selling stuff too soon or at all, or not buying when I knew I should be buying and had the means to.

Besides that no ereader Metagross is a disgrace

I’ll be repeating what has been said many times but the state of modern Pokémon games is just extremely sad.
