probably, i’ve been on here for 5 years so i’m not really new and generally everyone is nice to me. I don’t even know if the “please be nice to me” pikachu is still the default avatar for new users anymore.

My first profile picture was a custom GIF with non-holo Gengar from Gym Challenge, blue gradient background, googly eyes, Ash’s cap, and starters + Pikachu in the circle around. It was as random as it sounds, I was just adding stuff to the picture until it was done.
Last year in the summer, I changed to my current Persian art that I made for the Art Contest in 2023. I only adjusted the backrdoung to be yellow. And yes, I am still very proud of my badge! = )

There have been multiple iterations of new avatars after it.
The one of tokyopokemon mentioned above was the one that came after the ‘Please be nice’ Pikachu. After that, it became a random one from about 20 options.
Here you can see all default new-user avatars, of which a lot will likely look familiar (since the majority of new members use them).

I actually recently changed my profile picture to my current one. I suck at drawing but hopefully it’s derpy and memorable lol. Bonus being I’m able to show off a couple of my favorite cards

I used to have Eevee from a Pokémon manga, found it on Bulbapedia.
My next avatar will likely be the gif version of this same pixel Eevee, from the Pokéwalker

I might change it by zooming in more on the Bidoof in my current picture. Other than that, I thought about commissioning someone to draw Bidoof hitting this pose from Vegeta in Dragon Ball Z after he has become, what they referred to as in the English dub, an ascended Super Saiyan. I like my current picture though

This actually crossed my mind yesterday haha. I’m pretty sure I won’t be changing my pic anytime soon 
I specifically chose it because Azumarill doesn’t match my other favs in my signature. Shaymin is repped by the gracidea, and Leafeon is in my title, so the pic is the last place for Azumarill to sit. Plus I went for the shiny one because I love the yellow

I always think of you when I see this avatar, so every time I see one of those other 4-5 users with the same picture, and then notice the different name, I am confused for just a brief moment.
