I’m wondering if someone else knows how PSA is with grading Japanese full arts that seem like Gems, except they appear to have a slightly rigid (not smooth top edge) which was due to the way they were cut. It is not whitening
Normally, if all else is Great, and it doesn’t affect the eye appeal very much then it should still get a 10. It’s kinda like the sparkle edges on eng base and jungle holos. If not too extreme those factory cuts won’t drop them out of the 10 parameters.

Its a bit late for me, dark, I tried and failed to take a pic of it.
pretty much there are cards with a much more rigid top, when I go through them in the next few days, I’ll probably get a much better picture of it, its a bit hard to capture in a pic Rn

You don’t have to worry, I’ve had cards like that coming back as 10s 
It doesn’t ruin the appeal of the card
