I want to provide a useful contribution here, so if I were you I’d refer to @GiosHideout’s thread from 2022 in which he got a legal team involved for basically the exact same case of PSA damaging his PSA 10 Demo Pack during reholdering (though PSA tried to conceal the damage in his case).
