Either one, English. I’m looking at the finished auctions on eBay and some are in the mid-low $50s. I’ll pay $60 for either. Specifically looking for a stronger 9: clean foil, minimal edge whitening. I don’t care about centering much and some damage on the corners is fine. If it has the PSA label with the swirly silver (not the current one but the one before it) I’ll pay $65.
